The Michigan Council of Chapters is pleased to announce our first annual statewide convention, bringing together members and chapter leaders from across Michigan for a day focused on three important themes:
Membership • Advocacy • Community
This inaugural gathering will provide opportunities to connect with fellow MOAA members, share chapter best practices, and strengthen our collective support for the uniformed services community. We are currently finalizing the program and event details.
Meeting Schedule
The Council meets quarterly, and special meetings may be called by the President. During the final meeting each year, the Council receives annual reports and approves a council budget and dues rates for the following calendar year. Additionally, in even-numbered years, the Council elects Council officers for two-year terms.

Minutes
The Secretary distributes meeting minutes to Council members following each meeting, and the Council votes to approve the minutes of the previous meeting at each quarterly meeting.
