The Michigan Council of Chapters, Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is managed by a Board of Directors representing Michigan's four geographical chapters.

The Michigan Council of Chapters:
  • Provides oversight, guidance and support for the state chapters.  
  • Advocates for Michigan's veterans and MOAA's legislative priorities.
  • Works to protect the earned pay and benefits of current and former military service members.
